A proper legal notice should include:

3️⃣ How to Send the Notice
In Pakistan, legal notices are usually sent by:
- 📮 Registered Post (TCS / Pakistan Post with receipt)
- 📬 Courier Service with delivery confirmation
- 📧 Sometimes by email (as additional proof)
Always keep:
- A copy of the notice
- Postal receipt
- Delivery confirmation
These are used as evidence in court.
4️⃣ After Sending the Notice
- Wait for the time period mentioned.
- If the recipient responds, negotiation may occur.
- If no response → file a case in the appropriate court.
